Most Common Options:

• 1.      Option One: Gordon Shayne will  prepare the necessary and essential court documents that will be required by the Judge in order to hold an Uncontested Final Hearing. The most common cases are Dissolution of Marriage and Paternity matters. He can usually get these documents to you very quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours, provided you have provided him with the details and information needed in order to properly draft the court documents. Once you receive the drafted Court documents, you simply take them to the Clerk of Court in the county in Florida where you live and file everything. The law will still require the Clerk of Court to collect a filing fee for your new case.

• 2.      Option Two: In this option, Gordon Shayne would act as the neutral mediator and conduct a mediation with both parties in attendance. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, he has the authority to mediate your case in which the parties make all of the decisions that they want a judge to approve. Upon reaching a successful mediation outcome, he can then prepare the written agreements necessary for the judge to approve your agreements. Then, after the agreements are signed by the parties, the parties can authorize him to prepare all necessary and essential Court documents. Both kinds of actions can be done at a fraction of the costs that lawyers charge as retainers.
