CHALLENGES IN OUR LEGAL SYSTEM DURING THE “CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK”

Posted by Gordon Shayne | Mar 17, 2020 | 0 Comments

The precautions taken by our community, state and federal governments regarding the coronavirus, is meant to protect the health and safety of all citizens. While we adjust our lives to slow the spread of this terrible illness, our law firm has also adjusted its method of communication with clients and members of the community who wish to obtain legal representation. Most of our interactions can proceed via email and telephone while certain restrictions take hold preventing face-to-face office meetings. This is being done in compliance with the guidelines from the united states centers for disease control and prevention. The impact on our community in limiting such one on one office conferences is meant to create the necessary social distancing that leads to the unwanted spread of the coronavirus.

It is important for you to understand that we strive to provide you with the very best legal advice and representation in your family law matter, even during these difficult times. The impact of the coronavirus to colorado springs, pueblo and the entire front range will be a challenge that we shall meet head-on. We remain committed to you, even while many government services such as the courthouses are closed. There will be a period of uncertainty for sure, but you should know that we remain diligent in providing you with legal representation to answer your questions and develop legal strategies that are tailored to the facts of your particular case.
